Multicellular Organisms

Check out this tardigrade, also known as a water bear. You can see that it's more complex than unicellular organisms. All animals and land plants are multicellular, as well as most fungi and some algae. One way these organisms form is through cell division, a process where one parent cell divides into two or more daughter cells.
